I work primarily across Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas and I try to be as flexible as we can to meet your needs. Sometimes it is not appropriate to see children within a clinic setting, and I am happy to arrange to see a child where they might feel more comfortable, such as at home or at school. I also work virtually, and therefore can offer support to any location, including training.

I am registered with many healthcare providers, such as BUPA, AXA-PPP and Aviva.  Please note that healthcare providers require pre-authorisation prior to assessment starting, so please do contact your provider to find out their processes and terms.  I am always happy to register with new providers as and when required.

I offer a free 10 minute no obligation telephone consultation with you so that we can discuss your needs and whether I am able to help.  If I do not feel able to, I will endeavour to signpost you to a service or professional that may be able to.

I will email confirmation of our appointment time, along with a referral form, terms and conditions and privacy policy, which will need to be read and completed prior to our first appointment.

Initial Assessment

£120 for a 60 minute session without a report.

If a report is required, the charge is £150 for a 60 minute assessment session.  The short report details information discussed at assessment, with recommendations and a treatment plan.  This can be copied to other professionals at your request.

Therapeutic Sessions

Fees are £120 per hourly sessions. There is some space for lower rates, depending on circumstance.  Please do telephone for more information.

School Observation

As part of assessment, it is often important to gather information about the child/young person in different settings. This will typically involve a 90 minute observation of the child/young person within a structured and unstructured setting at school, as well as a discussion with the class teacher. This will be discussed with you if we feel it is appropriate. Fees for this work will vary depending of travel times.

Cognitive Assessment

For an overall cognitive assessment, I use the WISC-V which is known as the gold standard assessment.  Included is undertaking the test itself with the young person, the scoring and interpretation, as well as a report detailing results and recommendations (e.g. for schools).  The results enable us to ascertain what strengths the young person has, as well as potential areas of need.  The fee is £500.
